2012 Rates

• Renting the Chalet and the Love Shack makes you the only renters on the entire five acre private island!
• July and August rentals are by the week only. (Friday to Friday)
• Prices increase proportionately when # of guests exceed 8 in the Chalet or 4 in the Love Shack.
• Chalet Lower Suite can be added for an additional 4 guests for an additional fee.
• Any number of the 12 tent sites are only rentable as an addition to a Chalet or Love Shack booking.
• Additional charges will apply for houseboat and camper visitors etc.

Island is closed November to April. Deposit and prepayments are refundable only upon finding a suitable rental replacement (minus 100.00 service fee) The owners/caretakers may be on site doing minor maintenance or relaxing.

Our chalet is nestled amongst the old growth forest, and finished in cedar, log, and post & beam. Inside you will find rustic luxury at it’s finest! Finished in hardwood, marble and slate tile, the chalet is truly a “Top of the Line” experience. All of the comforts of home are provided including a dishwasher and microwave. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with double/single bunk, 1 double futon in the private solarium. If the basement suite is rented, it includes a queen bed and double futon.

For weekly rentals - Linens, towels, and beach towels are also provided and are replenished on a weekly basis. In addition, the luxurious bedding includes a plush mattress cover and a cozy duvet. Maid services are provided before check in and after check out.

The "Love Shack" is a rustic private paradise with an outdoor marble tub and shower and cooking area. Inside you will find a cozy room with a wood stove, queen size bed and futon. It’s perfect for a romantic get-away or a small family.

• Public bathroom facilities on Ricky Racoon Rd.
• The large recreation lawn area on the west side (sunset side) of the island
• The island's own boat launch for registered guests located on Ricky Raccoon Rd. just past the public bathroom facilities.
• Electrical power is provided on the stage located on the recreation lawn area.
• 5 different beaches:
  • Driftwood Bay Beach in Driftwood Bay
  • Marlaina Beach at the west side of the large lawn area
  • Rec Beach on the north side of the lawn area just past the stage
  • Sunset Beach at the end of the Sunset Beach trail
